Children of PowerUnderway! I've got to write up and upload a bunch of setting details, and a few more things. I plan to get at least some of them done over Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, hopefully all but I make no promises. The Sanhirr GalaxyStill a little ways off, though mum's doing a whoooole bunch of artwork - I just need to turn it into factsheets on the races. We have the Natatians, Livarians, Kyloru (based off the race that used to be the Serraki), one planet on the Natatian side who's name I can't remember - that has two species on it - and another on the Livarian side, again that I can't remember. All of the above have at least some amount of information, and I'm planning at least one or two other species. Some degree of artwork will hopefully appear for all races. My New AvatarWhat do you guys think of it? I love it, myself. Another of mum's finest. Seriously guys, feel free to discuss things here. I don't mind conversation in OOC areas

I like it myself. Been thinking about maybe setting up a Marvel RP, just as an experiment. I found some old PDFs of rulebooks. I wouldn't have the time now, but after I get my grad school applications sent in... well it's something I've been considering. Any thoughts?

Certainly worth considering - though I'd advise thinking about adapting it to Savage Worlds (the system TSG uses). SW is adaptable to almost anything, you have a copy of the rulebook, and players of this site would slot right into it if they're interesting (which I would be). It's also a very simple system, designed to be easy. If you do decide to use it, great - settle in as an admin-person-thing first, get a little experience under your belt Thalslaw, please do not provide advice on systems Mankoi should use. He's a *beginner*, he doesn't need your level of complexity. Maybe in a decade or two.

Hey, my level of complexity involves rolling two dice twice or more per attack. And then using something I've coded to do the looking up for me. And then returning something like: "Bizarre strike to foe's leg causes internal hemorrhaging. If foe has bones, this is no longer the case as they reverberate and reduce to pulp" or "Take 2 B unbalancing criticals as you attempt to maim yourself" for a particularly good... or bad... result.

And that's why you're not providing advice here, Thalslaw!
